NEW $25 LATE FEE EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2005 

The Board of Directors has established a $25 late payment fee, to become effective with payments due on April 1, 2005. If your payment is not received and posted to your account by the end of the month in which the fee is due, $25 will be added to your account. This fee is intended to offset the additional costs associated with the collection of overdue accounts.
