Fox Wood
at Trinity is a family oriented community of 910 homes in the southwest
corner of Pasco County, Florida, one of the area's fastest growing
counties. Convenient shopping, attractive homes, nearby schools,
churches and recreational facilities make this a great neighborhood to
call home.
The community is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of seven
elected members and dozens of volunteers who serve on numerous
committees. There are plenty of opportunities for people to be involved
in neighborhood activities and take part in the governance of the
community.
The Board is committed to a philosophy of maintaining the ambiance of
the neighborhood and increasing property values by encouraging all
residents to abide by the Deed Restrictions and Covenants that have
been established with the intent to make Fox Wood at Trinity a great
place for all residents to live and raise a family.
If you are considering a move to Fox Wood at Trinity, we would be
pleased to talk with you about our community. If you are a resident, we
encourage you to volunteer for a board committee, to participate in the
Spring and Fall festivals or take on a role in the Community Watch
Program.
Our Board of Directors meets monthly and all residents are welcome to
attend and speak on issues that are important to them. We hope to see
you there. |
